Noir by Tom Ford is a woody amber fragrance for men. Launched in 2012, it was created by perfumer Olivier Gillotin. Its top notes are violet, pink pepper, caraway, bergamot, and verbena; its middle notes, Tuscan iris, Bulgarian rose, black pepper, nutmeg, geranium, and clary sage; and its base notes, Indonesian patchouli, amber, vanilla, civet, leather, opoponax, benzoin, vetiver, and styrax.
