Frame L’interdit de Givenchy

L'Interdit was created in 1954 by Hubert de Givenchy, specifically for Audrey Hepburn, who wore it exclusively before its commercial launch in 1957. When Givenchy decided to sell it to the public, Hepburn reportedly replied, "But I forbid it!"—which gave the perfume its name. Audrey Hepburn was also the first actress to become the face of a perfume.
